RECOGNISE
A completed NeuraGrip recognition experience that helps a person see the pattern.
+1MI.BO. and Aseem Gupta's commitment is to make one million Biological Safety Interventions available free by 2030, named for Anita, the North Star behind the framework.
NeuraGrip began in the aftermath of Aseem Gupta losing his wife of twenty-five years. What followed was not only grief. His body stayed mobilised as though the threat had not ended. The framework grew from the attempt to understand that contradiction and from seeing similar physiological patterns across hundreds of thousands of readings.
The Lifeline carries Anita's name because the mission is larger than a memory. It turns one personal origin into a practical commitment: help another person recognise, name or interrupt a grip they may not yet be able to see.
“This book exists because of you, and for every life your Lifeline may yet illuminate.”
The counter should move only when an eligible intervention is completed and recorded. Page views and invitations do not count.

+1A framework conversation that helps another person give an unnamed state a useful name.
+1One completed NeuraGrip Polygraph experience that adds body-side orientation to the pattern.
+1One Reset carried through to completion. The body learning to stand down, once, counts.
+1It is a count of completed human interventions. The number matters only if the moments behind it are real.
The mission layer exists so recognition, naming and at least one practical intervention do not depend on buying a product or joining a paid programme.
The Lifeline is the personal North Star of the framework translated into public action: one million moments where someone sees the pattern sooner and has a way to respond.
Take one intervention for yourself. Then send a direct doorway to someone you care about. The invitation itself does not move the counter. When they complete an eligible intervention, their moment becomes part of the Lifeline.
A direct NeuraGrip doorway, not a generic marketing page. They can recognise the pattern, understand what it means, and choose a practical next step.
Each pathway stays inside the wider NeuraGrip experience.
Begin with what feels familiar and complete the recognition layer.
Add body-side signals and use the result as a compass for the next action.
Explore practical ideas and experiences that help people recognise the pattern in everyday life.
Join the tribe that carries the framework beyond the book.
Go back to the foundational map and the context behind the mission.
Follow the evidence behind the physiology and the claims used across NeuraGrip.
Every member is invited to do two things: stay in relationship with their own biology, and help another person find the name when the pattern is still invisible.
